basic premise for providing high quality patient care and customer satisfaction
is what has established us as a regional leader in pre-hospital Computer-Aided Dispatch Adds Efficiency We use a sophisticated computer-aided dispatch system to achieve high levels of operational performance. This hardware and software facilitates effective utilization of resources and real time reports that allow operations staff to adjust the system for optimal performance. Available reports include responses by service area, type of call, time of day, and specific response times. We currently use a satellite based radio system, high band radio systems with repeaters, network frame relay system tying both phone and radio systems together and 800 MHz trunking systems to remain in constant communication with our ambulances. All of our ambulances also carry cellular phones for additional back up capability.
Emergystat communications personnel play a key role in delivering superior care. Each has successfully completed emergency medical dispatch training and has received nationally recognized EMS Dispatch certification
Services Provided ALS Emergency/Non-Emergency Transport
Paramedic
level service comprising of a fully equipped paramedic ambulance staffed with
one (1) EMT-Paramedic and one (1) EMT-Basic. Basic EMT level service comprising of a fully equipped EMT-Basic ambulance staffed with either two (2) EMT-Basics or one (1) EMT-Basic and one (1) EMS Driver. |
